Positive point:
"The view from the rooms are just wonderful. Beautiful pools around the property."
Negative point:
"Green scum buildup in the waters next to the pools take away some of the beauty. Not sure way they are not cleaned. Some hairs found in the bathroom. Shower pressure was weak. A/C never went to low fan mode. Furniture not dusted."

"Beautiful property I came for a business trip with my little family we visit Guam frequently, this place was the perfect location. Beautiful view and the owner was very polite, if we had an issue we could just give him a call and he’d answer right away. I don’t mind renting with him again. We’ll be back."
Negative point:
"That the unit I originally booked for did not look anything like the photos.. but that’s alright as we enjoyed our stay anyway"

"This place was really nice, quiet, and comfortable to stay at. Stores are not too far from where the place is and a gas station is close by. The apartment nearly had everything needed inside for any individual, group of friends, business travelers, or families to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to know that there is hot water, wifi, and a coin laundry/dryer available on site. Staff were nice and helpful during our time of stay too. They were either available in person or through text messaging. Lastly, checking in and checking out was really easy. I wouldn't mind coming back to stay here again along with my family."

"Spacious four-bedroom houses, very comfy beds, great linens, and plenty of towels. Easy front-door parking is great. We didn't meet the host, but she was always responsive via text. The washer and dryer on the property was a great addition."
Negative point:
"The kitchen was outdated, but for the price we paid, I'm not complaining at all. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, but the main thing is that the bathrooms were clean, and the linens and towels were freshly washed. Suggestion: A patio table/chair in the spacious fenced backyard would be a nice touch."

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."
Negative point:
"I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)"
