Positive point:

"The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They were prepared to do everything it took to make our stay comfortable."

Negative point:

"When I learned about having a beach view room, I thought the facility was closer to the sea. That turned out not to be so, as the guest house is some distance in the hills and away from the sea. Notwithstanding the distance from the sea, I had a breathtaking view of not only the sea but of a large area of the landscape of western Jamaica that ranged from Savanalarmar to Negril."
