Positive point:
"Good location near the waterfront and shopping mall a short distance away."
Negative point:
"Private beach area did not serve food during the day, also the adjoining restaurant was closed whenever we asked. The wait staff on the outdoor area also didn't seem to know much about the menu or service hours as whenever we asked about something they had to phone someone to ask."

Positive point:
"The hotel was one of the best hotels in kuwait everything was perfect in it"
Negative point:
"Just a little problem, is when you try to get your car from the valet they take a long time to get your car approximately 4 min or 3 min its better to find a better solution for this issue, the other thing, i try to order from the dine in room food, the food was so normal for the price, i didn't feel that there is a special chef touch in the food, it was so ordinary like how you make a the food in home not special"
