Positive point:
"Truly Exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this hotel, from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is spotless, incredibly clean and well-maintained and every detail shows how much pride the staff takes in their work. The entire team was amazing, kind, helpful, and always professional. I especially want to thank the management team, all of the managers were incredible, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that every guest felt welcome and cared for. You can really feel the warmth and dedication from every staff member. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable, We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know."
