Positive point:
"All the staff are very kind and friendly. The room is very clean, specious, and comfortable. As the restaurants on the 4th floor were under rehabilitation, choices of places to eat were limited. But I look forward to eating on the 4th floor next time."
Negative point:
"On the first day (night), hot water (shower) was not available. Hot water was not hot enough. But when I told the problem to the reception, they coped with the problem immediately. It was fixed."
