"The helpful staf, the location and the newly furnished and spacious room."
Negative point:
"It’s not that we didn’t like it — the bathroom is spacious and new, which we appreciated, but it felt unfinished. Some reused elements weren’t placed properly — no holders for the hairdryer, shower gel, toilet paper, or towels. Small touches, but they do matter."

"The location is great, the cleaning of the room was well done for the day turnovers, staff were welcoming."
Negative point:
"Service at breakfast could have been a little better. We had to make up our own tables unless there first thing in the morning. The gym is too small and the spa could use some oils. More information on check in would have been appreciated. Not finding out about a lot of things until 3/4th day."
