Accommodations in Maputo with Skiing

"The hotel is located right next to the Cathedral of Maputo. WiFi connection was stable and good quality. Breakfast was included and had a variety of choices. The receptionist Mr. Ibraimo Lai was amazing: he was very professional and helpful. We booked a basic room, and we asked if he could assign a room at higher floor, and he ended up upgraded us to a suite room, which has the best view of the city. If one day we come back to Pestana Rovuma, he will be one of the factors."

"The location is good, close to all the amenities. The staff were friendly and ready to help with information on where to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place felt so homely, the verandah upstairs had lovely views and offered a serene ambience. The hosts also went out of their way to arrange a pick up taxi from the airport for a large family, and even helped to negotiate the price. This was very appreciated."

"I wish the staff would notify the guests in advance what time their room would be cleaned. We went for breakfast and left all our valuables, cash and passports laying around, only to get back and realized someone had entered and cleaned. We had locked and taken with us the key as we went upstairs for breakfast, we didn't think the staff would have access without asking us. This was quite scary and we imagined it could have been a disaster if any of the items would have gone missing."
