"We stayed at the villas with the jungle view, the view was amazing and the room was also nice. We were welcomed to the property with hot towels and a refreshing juice. The staff had arranged a complimentary room decor for our anniversary. The views from the restaurant deck area are also amazing and calming. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and nice. We had added on a candle light dinner which was nicely done, they gave us one deck area for the few hours with a bonfire and a good setup. They even arranged halal chicken so we can enjoy our anniversary dinner. They made our day special. They also have Tharu cultural dance which we missed."

"A few things can be done to improve further: 1) brighter lights to be added to the room 2) bonfires were not picking fire, for a place like this a good bonfire would be great 3) the hotel is in a village so maybe a hotel shuttle to and from the city would be good as you cannot find a cab 4) there is no room service at all, which should be added for basic things like more utilities or sending an iron to the room. These are just things that can help them become great all around!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The complimentary airport pickup was very helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The highlight for me was the big, spacious bathroom with a fantastic bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the restaurant team (Sonia and Pawan) who were always welcoming and attentive."

"One small downside was that the walls seemed quite thin—we could hear people talking outside in the hallway, which affected the overall peace a little. Also, the chicken choila we ordered from the rooftop restaurant was far too salty, which was disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place with great service."
