"Comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. Loacated in a side street a few steps away from the most fancy part of Adana with many cafes, restaurants, shops. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the huge park at the river."

"Even so the balconies are small a little table and chairs there would be nice."

"As in every trip to Adana I choose this wonderful hotel. The reception staff is more than excellent. The employees are wonderful, very polite and ready to meet any request or inquiry. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. The bathroom is also clean. The room service is more than excellent. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I recommend it to everyone who visits Adana"

"The best breakfast buffet you can imagine. Huge clean rooms. Excellent staff & service. Luxury hotel without the high-end cost. 5 stars!!"

"Front desk employee Damla was extremely competent. In fact, I was planning on giving this hotel a rating of 8 but am giving a 10 because of her. Her professionalism and mastery of English saved our trip to Adana! We were having trouble figuring things out on our own. She was able to arrange a taxi excursion for us that would have been a nightmare to try to set up by ourselves. Her restaurant suggestions, etc. were very helpful. It is unusual to find staff like this young lady, who can function as a high level concierge that you would find in a 5 star hotel. Also, excellent breakfast, good location."

"Worn sheets and towels, stained carpet."
