"The rooms could use some minor cosmetic maintenance, but the most unpleasant part of our stay was the experience with Axmed Water Sports, who operate on the hotel’s beach. Their staff tried to sell me services at an extremely inflated price. When I realized they were trying to deceive me and told them I would leave a review on Google, the next day Axmed came to the hotel, verbally assaulted me, and threatened me. He said he would wait for me outside the hotel and that he wasn’t afraid of the police. Fortunately, the hotel manager was present at the time, stepped in to stop him, and assured me everything would be fine. I truly appreciate the manager’s help. I was on vacation with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and this incident caused a great deal of stress to my wife. It was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially in a place where guests should feel safe and relaxed."

"The service was good, but nothing exceptional. The staff are attentive and friendly. The fitness area and programs were excellent, and the kids’ club offers a wide variety of activities with good supervision. The location and the views are great!"

"A few things were a bit disappointing. The resort is very large and extremely busy during the high season, which is quite noticeable because the grounds are fairly compact considering the number of accommodations. Even in October, which is considered low season, we still had to wait in long queues at the restaurant. Another disappointment was the swimming situation. We stayed in October, and the water was already too cold for comfortable swimming. We also misunderstood the heated pool option—we thought the warmer pool was indoors, but it was still too cold. We later realized there was a heated outdoor pool, but there was no clear information about this anywhere on the property. That said, this may partly have been our own mistake."

"My family had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, has three private beaches (one is sandy), great water slides. Everything was as described or even better. The staff was very attentive, my son had a birthday and they brought us a cake, balloons and a bottle of wine. The food was delicious with a lot of great options. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
