"Location is just inside the old city, and is convenient on foot to all of the main Bursa sights (you absolutely do not want to drive between sights). The restaurant in the courtyard is atmospheric and the food is excellent--feels like another time and place."

"Parking could be an issue. Google maps took us to within 100 ft of the property, and then I parked and walked. The manager/owner was waiting for us/expecting us, and he was very helpful. When I said that I wasn't sure if where I had parked was good, he walked out and said it was just right, and clearly would have fixed it if it wasn't."

"Very comfotable and clean. Great thermal spa. Very good breakfat. The lobby is inviting with many places to enjoy sitting and relaxing. This is my fifth or six time here and I ended up extend my stay each time because of the comfort. They have great spa service and thermal turkish hammam including private one for couples and families. We were 12 persons this time with different ages and tastes but we all liked the hotel. I and my wife were given a free massage service and family bath since I have been a loyal guest."

"The breakfast menu need to be expanded. The pools look somewhat dirty this time. No AC in the lobby during the month of July."

"We came earlier than check in time, but the hotel gave us the room. Room was quite big and clean with quite comfy bad. Stuff were so kind and attentive. 2 hours later stuff brought fruits in our room. It was so nice. Spa zone was a little bit different than it’s on pictures on booking.com. So we were a little disappointed."
