Positive point:
"Everything was exceptional. The staff genuinely understand customer service. And it is not pretend. They behave as if they are welcoming people to their own homes. The food was fantastic. What a spread for the breakfast. The location on the Zambezi River also added to the ambience And the joy of unexpectedly seeing a giraffe or two. Even the pesky monkeys were joyful"
Negative point:
"Nothing"

Positive point:
"The chef is amazing! The quality of food is good. The chef was very happy to make customizations for me that I really appreciated. This property does the Western colonial style menu often featured at safari lodges - they do it well, but I am not a fan so much of this approach to menu design."
Negative point:
"I would have loved more detail on the source of their food. I would have loved more detail about their supply chains in general as it relates to sustainability and local economy; I know this property is working toward sustainability, which is great!"

Positive point:
"Ngoma Zanga was fantastic! It is small and intimate but has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable (awesome hot shower!), the pool is lovely and the staff and restaurant are great. All of our meals were really good - breakfast especially - but we also ate lunch and dinner there some days. The staff was attentive and helpful. We had a room that opened up to the pool - highly recommend asking for a pool front room."
Negative point:
"The location is technically walkable to the heart of town but was a little further from the market that we anticipated. It turned out to be more than fine since we took cars most places. The location is really close to town and to the river and there is a grocery store very close by (on foot). The only food change I'd make is having fresh fruit at breakfast but perhaps nothing was in season?"

Positive point:
"The breakfast was good, the room was clean, but the bed was not too comfortable. The dinner was expensive and did not meet my taste"
Negative point:
"The dinner and asking for payment for laundry"

Positive point:
"Self catering and out of the way from the humdrum of life. The only sounds were the birds (of which there is plenty for you to spot drinking your breakfast brew) and the hippos—complete bliss. Monica, Joesph, and Andrew are golden assets for Kayube and we will treasure our stay with them all. The kitchen well equipped, the shower great, aircon spot on."
Negative point:
"The outside pool did look a little unwelcoming (green season I presume!) but we didn't have time to stay and swim anyway. Other than that it was just dreamy."
