Magic Reef Resort features Polynesian-style bungalows in a great location directly on the beach in Rarotonga. This little resort delivers relaxation sanctuarycious accommodations with great ocean horizons. There are 9 studio-style bungalows in total, all of which are furnished with a 4-poster bed and include kitchenette facilities. All have a furnished balcony with ocean visual escapes, as well as a private outdoor shower and bath. We are the first resort on Rarotonga to guarantee free unlimited Wi-Fi. Our Bungalows all feature 32-inch smart TVs with Netflix. Plus 3 new Premium Oceanhorizon Bungalows - a larger bungalow for two, and two 2 bedroom bungalows with full kitchen, additional features and handcrafted furnishings. Facilities at the Magic Reef Bungalows include a swimming swimming pool, direct access to the beach and a barbecue area. All guests receive continental continental buffet on arrival. Airport transfers are available.

"This place is literally out of a dream. The rooms are gorgeous and so peaceful, the small size of the hotel makes it very quiet and relaxing, and the staff is beyond amazing. We can’t wait to come back, and will stay here for all trips to the Cook Islands!"

"What an amazing time we had here in Rarotonga! The entire staff were so helpful and accommodating; a joy to interact with. The comfortable bungalows were stocked with all the kitchen supplies and essentials we needed (plus more!). The bathroom in our room was brand new, and felt like such a luxury. And all the seating options on the beach (hammocks, lounge chairs, bean bags, tables and chairs on the pavilion) were comfortable and added to our enjoyment while we were there. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful secluded spot on the beach. Only about 8–10 bungalows, so no more than 20 people there at a time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Captain the resort cat is a welcome addition to the staff :)"

"We enjoyed the Polynesian decor, the privacy of the bungalows, and having our own lanai. We loved hearing the spund of the waves! The fully equipped kitchenette was a bonus. We really liked the wonderful tropical outdoor shower and bath too. The pool was clean and refreshing! Lawrence, Simone and Jayne were readily available either on site or by phone. When Lawrence picked us up at the airport, he made a stop at a local market so we could buy supplies before we checked in. There are restaurants and bars an easy walk along the beach from Magic Reef."
