"The location is beautiful and hotel itself is nice and quite new. The bed was comfortable, there were all the necessities provided"

The breakfast was not diverse and the dishes were COLD even though the omelet was kept on the warm saving tool. The restaurant food is also not the best especially for their prices.

Very bad windstorm so I free wifi wasn't available for a bit.But I can't blame the hotel for that.

"I recently had a wonderful stay at this studio in Gudauri. The location is unbeatable, with ski lifts, shops, and restaurants all just a short walk away. The studio itself is a standout with its modern design and meticulous attention to detail. The kitchenette is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. The owner’s personal touch and dedication to guest experience are evident. She was exceptionally responsive, provided all necessary information promptly, and even offered a list of recommended local restaurants. The private wifi was a lifesaver, given the building’s weak signal. The building has a spa facility that is independently operated (entry fees are not included). I'm thoroughly pleased with my stay, would gladly return, and highly recommend it to others."

"It’s located in a local quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can do free laundry here and there’s a well-equipped shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself. The wifi was great too! There were also many shops nearby for groceries."

"An exceptionally convenient location, well-furbished, cozy, and had everything I needed for a four-day stay. Many cafes, a park and the shoreline are all within a short radius. Whether you'll be spending most of your trip out or want to relax inside a bit more, this place makes a good choice."

The bathroom could use a touch-up, the bed could benefit from reading lights, and the apartment building itself could be cleaner.
