"Freddy welcomed us immediately and provided helpful advice for our plans the next day as well as made us an excellent breakfast every morning. Really remarkable food cooked to order. Room was quiet at night and beds were comfortable, optimal for relaxing in the evenings."
"Location is about a 5 min walk from the heart of town. Getting back is uphill and takes a bit longer, definitely challenging if someone has mobility issues. It was no problem for us as long as we took our time : )"

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience The room was a bit small, but had everything needed - large bathroom with hot water (which its important because it is cold here) Comfortable bed with extra blankets for cold days and a fan for warmer days A mini fridge, kettle, and tea. We came here for our honeymoon, so they gave as a bunch of chocolates which was super sweet! Freddy was the best, helped us to find attractions and reccommended us many good places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, and he has so many options to choose from. Highly reccommended! Thank you for freddy for a great time here"

"The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. My only regret is that our stay happened before the restaurant was ready for dinner service. If it had been, I'm certain we would have eaten there for dinner both nights! Freddy and his staff were extremely helpful in ensuring we had a great stay in Monteverde."
"The WiFi was spotty and on-again, off-again, but it may be because the room was farther from the WiFi. When I picked it up, both the regular WiFi and the WiFi extension were slow. The only reason that this was a problem for me was that the cellular connection wasn't great either."
