"It’s very close to the beach! You’re in the middle of the hustle and bustle but feels private."
"The cooking facilities aren’t very good, just a very funky hot plate for cooking on. The apartment is very dim, a few more lights would be nice."
"I liked that the property was very accessible to the beach. It also had a exclusive environment where I could get away a little bit from the crowds. The staff at the surf school was exceptional! They helped me with every thing I needed and made me feel very comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend this place and would recommend it to anyone with a little sense of adventure."

"The toilet didn't work very well and when we needed a plunger, it didn't work well. The fridge wasn't cold enough. There weren't any blankets/quilts on the bed, but that might be on purpose because it's very hot in Santa Teresa in March. Except for the night security guard, the staff didn't give a warm or welcoming vibe, but we felt that from many locals in Santa Teresa, unfortunately."

"The studio is right by the main Beach in Santa Teresa for surfing or walking. It was pleasantly quiet and has a central swimming pool which is nice for a dip after the hot weather down the beach. I had a triple bed studio with all the luxury of a fully fitted kitchenette. AC was top notch."
