"Caurina and her staff were so nice and helpful. The room I had was very pleasant and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood - just a short walk away from the beautiful Laginha beach. The breakfast each morning was nice and varied. I would definitely stay again at this hotel."

"The small electric water heater the bathroom ran out of hot water fairly quickly, but not that big of an issue."

"This is a really comfortable place with kind, helpful staff and a good breakfast. The location is fantastic (just a few blocks from the beach) and my room was very cozy. The only issue is that the shower water was only mildly warm for a few minutes before just running cold. Good water pressure though."

"Both ladies made sure to provide proper vegetarian breakfast specially for me :) Once when I have a trip very early in the morning, they brought me take away breakfast the evening before. The room was definitely worth the price. A/C and fan worked perfectly."

"Wifi was disconnecting from time to time, even if the router was just outside my room. Shower was very clean inside, but it could be a bit cleaner on the edges."

"- Clean room with good AC and Wi-Fi, bidet, refrigerator, and bathrobe - Great and safe location. Easily walkable to restaurants, ATM, and grocery store. - Walkable distance from the ferry. Building was very easy to find because of the pink paint and clear name on the building. - Nice staff. Although we spoke different languages, the staff was friendly and did their best to answer questions."

"Well located to access Laginha beach, 10min walk from centre. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The room was clean and tidy. The shared balcony is great for evenings, sheltered from the wind and with a great sunset view. Breakfast in the morning includes fresh fruit juice, coffee, bread, jam, homemade yogurt and fruit."

"Good location, close to the city center, cafes, beach. Very friendly staff, speaking English, I contacted them with questions about logistics around the island - they helped me a lot :). Simple small breakfast, prepared upon your arrival, as fresh as possible, slightly different the next morning and that's good. The room has a hairdryer, enough soap and shower gel - which is not always the case in Cape Verde. There is a refrigerator, they also gave an iron on request."
