"Linda is a fantastic host, who went well beyond the call of duty to help me make the most of my stay. And I really mean what I say, because she not only helped arrange a rental car (when all online providers indicated zero cars for my dates), gave me great tips on what to see, but also helped me deal with the aftermath of an accident I was involved in... And yes, I do feel like I was the guest from hell, but she dealt with everything with great patience and understanding ;-) And in case you're wondering the apartments are great value and the area is fantastic, so I'm actually booked to return soon. Many thanks again for all the help!"

"The place feels so homie and cozy, close to Cidade Velha to which you can walk. This made the experience super relaxing. You hear the waves and the nice music which is played during the day. The location is 15/20 min by car from Praia, which is not a problem as there are small buses for very cheap, which go between the city and Encosta Azul. The rooms were also very clean, spacious and airy. Linda and George were amazing hosts, extremely accomodating and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend the breakfast, with highlights to the home baked bread and jams! We had New Year’s dinner as well, which did not dissapoint at all - all meals were very very tasty, home made and overall the atmosphere was amazing thanks to the hosts!"

"What a beautiful place and location. Great appartment, amazing swimming pool and extensive breakfast (with homemade bread). The balcony is also a plus to enjoy fresh air in the evening. But most of all the hosts were wonderful. Thank you so much Lynda and Jorge for your service and support. We felt very welcome in your fantastic guesthouse. We definitely recommended to stay some days here if you are in Santiago."
