"It's the place to be when in Mindelo. The location is perfect just on Mindelo's stunning clean, turquoise water beach and with a breathtaking view on that same beach over the sea from the high rise balcony with the sun just setting in front of you. The apartment is generously sized and has all amenities needed with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the cleaning lady can wash your clothes. But most importantly, Georgette and her daughter Claudia and her husband were absolutely magnificent hosts taking me to concerts, a festival, a football game and giving me plenty of useful contacts and recommendations. Of course the latter can't be taken for granted as they are not always around and may not have the time but I was lucky to enjoy their most wonderful Cape Verdean hospitality."

"We had a minor water leak in the bathroom. I reported it through booking.com and received a phone call from Claudia, Georgette's daughter, in a timely manner. She quickly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. The next morning she showed up and was kind enough to offer us to transfer to the master bedroom with a bathroom."
"The view is great, the room was very nice and comfortable. The beach is like 2 minutes walking from.the hotel. The port is close, 10 minutes walking for those who want to take the ferry to Sant'Antao."

"no breakfast on location, but super good breakfast in the beach club across the street! Super good bed!"
"I reserved the room also for another day , but the day before no telephone contact possible and when I arrived at the location from Santo Antao at 17.20 hr nobody opened the door and I had to look for another hotel. So variation in arrival time because of changes in boat schedules gives risks!"
