"No complaints from us! The place is basic, but you really don't need any more. The owner is an animal lover and has 9 friendly cats that always want to come inside, but he generally keeps them outside. There was no a/c or fans, but breeze from open windows was fine."

"The place is nice an quiet. The owner extremely friendly and helpful an upon request serves a delicious breakfast for very little money. Useful advise for your trip around is given by the owner if you wish and at least for me the advice turned out very well. Certainly value for money and a place to recommend."

"It's unbelievable what a great service we got here for such a small money value! The room was cleaned every day, which I really did not expect in a budget type of accomldation and never experienced before. The shower, omg!!! It felt like a luxury being able to take hot shower with good pressure, that is not what you can take for granted in Cape Verde. Breakfast is Italian bruschettas of various rich flavours, and it's BIG, you are super full after it and ready for a day of trekking. Vito is such a kind and helpful host."
