"I had a three night stay discovering the local area and the island. The room was clean and although it was warm there was a fan in the room which helped. Breakfast was great and varied. The owner arranged an early lift to the airport on departure which was great. A good place for a short trip."

"Fantastic view over Praia and surrounds from the top floor of My Flats My Flats is a wonderful place to stay, outside the usual tourist circuit, a real neighbourhood buzz Also, there is a little resto downstairs serving up tasty "plats du jour" at easy prices, open 9am - 9pm And across the road there is a little supermarket selling most essentials for people who like to cook at home And our hosts were fantastically helpful on our arrival, helping us relocate vital travel documents we left in a taxi...Thankyou Fabio and Gabriela! And full marks to the taxi driver who handed our docs In to the police: would that happen in Europe??"

"The apartments are modern and clean, and well equipped, but a few more kitchen things (for those who like to cook at home, like us) would be a good idea e.g. A chopping knife"

"A tiny bit far from the center by foot, and a bit complicated at night as many locals told us tourists shouldn't walk in the neighbourhood after 19h."

"The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable, good value for money! And the staff was lovely. I arrived to the place at night time and Bela prepared something to eat for me despite the bar was already closed."

"All fine, maybe the location is not the best if you are doing tourism in Praia, as it is not in the city centre."

"Fabio is super nice, we had problem booking the ferry to Fogo and he tried his best to help us. He drove us to he harbour the next (very early) morning, picked us up from the airport, very supportive. The apartment was very big, clean, shower worked well, nice view, airport and harbour are very close, 25 minutes walk to the city centre but that was no problem either :) We booked the apartment 3 times and would always come back :)"

"It's amazing apartment and you have a super nice view. Penthouse feeling. The owner was also very friendly. Everything you need really even kitchen-ware wise. Its basically in the middle of nothing and everything. Halfway to the city centre (1-3 km) and the airport, also the port."

"Fabio est très acceuillant et serviable. Il nous a surclassé au my flat 2 super appartement traversant avec 2 balcons et très bien équipé. On a pu louer une voiture au pied de l'immeuble et manger le soir dans son snack. L'immeuble est situé entre le port et l'aéroport. Fabio a eu en plus la gentillesse de nous y conduire. Une bonne adresse !"

"Het vriendelijke personeel (kamermeisje en in restaurant beneden), het vlotte contact per bericht, het prachtige uitzicht, goede locatie op wandelafstand van centrum (Plateau), Sucupira markt (o.a. vertrekplaats openbaar vervoer) en de haven. Elke dag een ander lekker ontbijt en ook voor het avondmaal zit je er goed!"

"Proche de l'aéroport 4 kms Propriétaire très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et nos demandes. A notre demande, le propriétaire nous a trouvé une "navette" dès 5h30 du matin,pour un prix raisonnable (10 €)"
