"Stayed one night and very pleased. I did the walk from the airport and yes about 20 minutes flat. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. Great location, right near the square. I really liked the spacious balcony. Breakfast provided and on the more basic side but still fine to start the day."

"Super friendly host who drove us to Chã das Caldeiras and picked us up again there. Included lots of information about life with the volcano, photo stops, and a particularly charming return trip. The hotel is super clean but showing its age. 20 minutes' walk to the airport. Breakfast simple but okay and appropriate for the price. Good communication via WhatsApp. Our room was ready early."
