"Der Gastgeber konnte Englisch, hat uns die richtigen Tipps gegeben, war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel bez. Check- in, alles sehr unkompliziert, für uns hat hier der echte Urlaub angefangen. Unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch wegen der Dachterrasse!"

"Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Le studio est très lumineux, propre, dans un quartier calme.Il est proche du centre ville et de la plage. Un bon fonctionnement wifi. J'ai également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Mr Otavio pour tous les conseils et questions pratiques concernant la ville. Merci beaucoup pour votre amabilité et votre écoute."

"Tudo excelente. Desde a simpatia e disponibilidade do Sr Otávio, que me recebeu muito bem e ainda me deu excelentes dicas sobre a cidade. Ainda, por um valor modesto, levou-me ao aeroporto no dia do check out. Melhor ainda, havia um lugar fora da cidade que queria conhecer e o Sr Otávio teve a generosidade de me ajudar, fazendo comigo esse passeio. Wi-Fi bom, localização boa, tudo perfeito. Agradeço a atenção e amabilidade."

"Very comfortable bed and lovely outside seating area for the couple of nights we stayed in. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to main strip of bars and restaurants and the beautiful beach. Staff on reception were lovely especially Tyson."

"Marcela war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Ich habe mich sehr sicher in der Unterkunft gespürt. Die Lage ist ideal, nah an Restaurants und Geschäften, und in einer sicheren Strasse. Die grosse Terrasse und die Sicht haben mir gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, ist jedoch bequem und hat alles Wesentliche was man braucht."

"Travelling with my son. We really liked the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchenette. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the nearest beach - which was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend here if you want to avoid the resorts and have a more local feel."

"Great location in the center of Portela village in Cha des Calderas. This is an extraordinary place! Rosie's friendly and helpful host arranged for me to take a guide to the crater of the Fogo volcano. After climbing, Rosie gave me a delicious lunch. The stunning sunset and sunrise in this amazing place will forever remain in my memory! There are many hiking trails inside the caldera itself, it was safe to stay for another day."

"Carmen is a superb host for this Santa Maria, Sal, Cape Verde apartment. She organised a taxi from the airport and then back after our holiday had finished. Carmen couldn't do enough for us and made out stay there very pleasant indeed. The apartment is well located, spacious with all mod cons including a washing machine, very large fridge freezer, cooker and gas hobs. The interior was new and decorated in a modern style. The shower was very powerful. The pool was brilliant and there were always sun beds available. We could hardly hear any scraping of chairs/tables/beds from upstairs residents in this superb ground floor apartment. Carmen was always available to sort any issues that occurred and nothing was too much trouble for her and her son and team. We couldn't wish for more on our Cabo Verde holiday. Highly recommended."
