"Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the center. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Patra is such a kind and thoughtful host - she welcomed us with a bottle of water and a traditional Cyprus dessert, brought us homemade sweets during the room cleaning, and on our last day we found a small gift and a lovely note waiting at the door! Such warmth and hospitality are truly rare 🥹"

"Patra is very nice person, she will help you with everything. Apartment is clean, few minutes from the square, but quiet, you will sleep good. After cleaning, Patra usually leaves some cakes for you and also gift last day for staying, very nice gesture 😀"

"My husband And I recently spent five days at Chicos Studio, and I can't recommend it enough! Patra, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She even left us some delightful treats in our room, which was such a lovely touch. The studio itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, kettle, and fridge. The cleaning service, which occurred once during our stay, was perfectly sufficient for us. Location-wise, Chicos Studio is fantastic! It’s very close to a supermarket and just an 8-minute walk from the heart of Ayia Napa. Despite being so close to the action, the area was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep."

They are in a quiet location but in walking distance to the centre only 5mins and lots of supermarkets nearby.Patra the lady who owns the apartments was one of most loveliest person you could meet , she recommended places to eat and even baked me and my daughter some cake couldn't done enough! "The apartment was wonderful, clean, equipped with all the necessary equipment, literally like at home, very comfortable beds, and the hospitality of the owner made it exceptionally like staying in a best friend house. The location is great - you can explore nature, hiking trials, beaches in the morning and in the evening, walk around the city where there is a lot going on. Just great. We stayed in 5 places in Cyprus and this apartment was number 1 on our list."

"Everything was absolutely memorable when we were in Ayia Napa. Firstly Patra was so kind and helpful with us because she recommended a lot of activities and she brought for us some special local cake's and tasty sweets also. She was cleaning up every second or third day and the room was very clear and well equipped as well. The accommodation located in a quite and peaceful place. "One of the best hosts and apartments I have stayed in. Patra is so kind and thoughtful, she even gave complimentary fruit and souvenir. The apartment had everything we needed, very clean, and the location is perfect - in the center yet very quiet street. It took us 10-15 minutes walk to the closest beach. Everything was just perfect."

"Perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa - very safe, clean and quiet surroundings. 2 minutes walk to good equiped supermarket, 7 minutes walk to the city center and 15 minutes walk to closest beach. Studio very comfortable with useful kitchen and well-kept bathroom including comfortable shower. The care from our host was outstanding - cleaning, gifts, fruits - they made our stay very pleasant. Petra is the best host you can imagine :) Well-deserved 10/10"
