"I booked this property because of its excellent location, beautiful pool, and the calm, relaxing vibe it promised – and it exceeded all my expectations. The property manager, Garry Mercado, was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable, from a very easy check-in to being always available and genuinely happy to help whenever needed. The proximity to the beaches is simply amazing, yet the property remains quiet and peaceful – a perfect combination for relaxation. At the same time, everything you might need is close by: shops, restaurants, and even the center of Protaras, which you can reach in less than half an hour on foot. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and overall wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would gladly come back."

"There were a few small ants on the terrace at the beginning of my stay, but Garry took care of this immediately and efficiently, so it really wasn’t an issue afterward. Also, during some mornings there were occasional construction works in the neighborhood, which caused a bit of noise, but that is, of course, beyond the property’s control."

"The apartment has an excellent location — one of the best beaches with all kinds of water activities is just steps away. There are supermarkets, a great tavern, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, has a beautiful sea view, a nice pool, a gym, and a lovely promenade along the coast. You can even walk to the main tourist area of Protaras in about 30 minutes."

"However, there were quite a few issues. We saw many large cockroaches during our stay in our apartment. One of the bathrooms had a leak (this also happened in April, and still hasn’t been fixed). The towels were stained, the bed sheets had holes, and many of the dishes (plates, cups) were chipped. There was only one wine glass in a 3-bedroom apartment. On one night, a group of people were swimming and shouting at 2 AM, disturbing everyone. The lawn was littered with cigarette butts from upstairs neighbors. The air conditioners in the bedrooms had an unpleasant smell, which clearly indicates that the filters haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We reported all of this to the local manager, who said there was nothing he could do. All this makes the stay quite dark. With some proper maintenance and better management, this could be an amazing place."

"I didn’t like that there not a desk with one person to answer our questions. We were lost in the heat around the property until we could find one person to tell up where to store our luggage until check in time comes."

"Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely incredible! The view of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We were a family of six and had an amazing, refreshing time together. Jerry was super nice, attentive, and helpful with everything we needed. We truly have only great things to say about our experience! We’re already looking forward to coming back—it can’t happen soon enough!"

"Despite the overall cleanliness being good, we found some cigarette butts between the couch cushions in the living room. The beds are comfortable, but there is only one blanket per bed, which is a bit problematic when there are two children. An additional blanket is available for an extra charge."
