"The apartment is located in a very nice and safe building, with a locked entrance door and elevator. It is close to the sea (around 200 m) and the bus stop from the airport is just in front of the building. We had all facilities in the kitchen and in the bathroom, as well 2 comfortable bedrooms and a balccony. In the proximity they are two little store where you can find some food items. The Holly Saint Lazarus Church is located around 800 m of distance. Definitely, it was a very good choice for staying in Larnaca!"

"The host is exceptional. She offered us to check in earlier and check out later with no additional price. She also left toys for the kid. The location is quite convenient (the busy stop 425 from/to airport stops right in front of the building, and it’s a walking distance to Finikoudes and Kastella, though it might be hot to walk in summers). The apartment has basic renovation, but is spacious, has all necessary amenities. It’s great value for money especially for families."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped — ideal for both solo travelers and small groups (it can easily host 3–4 people). It really has everything you might need: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, adapters for UK plugs (a real lifesaver!), air conditioning, and even a lovely balcony. The location is great too — only about a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Larnaca, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the seafront nearby. There’s a bus stop to various destinations, including the airport, just around the corner, and if you rent a car, parking right in front of the building is super convenient. Check-in was smooth with the safe box system, and communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and clear. Possibly, one of the best places available in Larnaca — highly recommended!"
