"Big apartment with huge balcony and a terrace, very good state, has everything needed. Excellent location: 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, 3 minutes to a bus stop, lots of shops and restaurants on the same street!"

"Very nice accommodation, in the center of Protaras. Affordable and close to the beach. Clean and large accommodation, available kitchen and free parking right next to the accommodation. Quiet location, even though it is right in the center, no disturbance was heard in the evening. Nearby availability of establishments for evening life, such as restaurants and bars."

"A small new well located studio with 2 balconies that would be great in warmer weather. Self checkin went smoothly. Internet was good. Netflix was available on the smart tv. Communication with manager was efficient. An elevator malfunction that coincided with our arrival was immediately addressed by a technician and didn’t re-occur."

"The house was incredibly spacious and a pleasure to stay in. The living room featured a smart TV, allowing us to stream our favorite shows with ease. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal prep effortless. The master bedroom was large and comfortable, with a spacious balcony perfect for soaking up the sun. The garden provided plenty of space for privacy, relaxation, and sunbathing. I also appreciated the convenience of private parking. What made our stay even more special were the frequent visits from beautiful Cypriot cats, adding a charming touch to our experience."

"The location is fabulous, 3 min walk to beach. Turn left out of Villa, then there’s a cut through to the main Ellinon road, so simple. Very clean and enough room for us all. Very quiet at night. Kapparis beach is a must, we went every day, beautiful warm sea water, sandy beach and good choices of restaurants and little supermarket"

"Every thing about the villa was amazing. It was like a home from home with added bonus of a swimming pool. The owners were friendly and approachable. The whole holiday was amazing and relaxing. We were allowed to take our dog, which was so convenient than having him put in kennels or having someone to look after him. There were some lovely and scenic costal walks. The villa was very clean. We were given details of who to contact if there was a problem. I would highly recommend this villa. There are lots of restaurants in the area and not too far from local supermarkets. Beach is not too far. But the villa has lovely sea view. I would say a car is a must or local taxi would help get around. I would like to say a big thank you to the owners for everything. We would definitely book again here."
