"When I extended my stay to complete business and paid, when I had to cancel shortly after, the cancellation was processed and was quickly refunded with no problems. The location was difficult to find, but rep stayed outside to guide us in and show where to park. It’s located near universities, a bus station and police station nearby. The residents we asked for directions extremely nice. The breakfast needed more assistance,but the one lady cooked, cleaned tables and replenished quickly. We had a room near reception, which could be loud,but when mentioned to rep he asked if I wanted to move,(we needed the first floor for medical reasons).The next evening the loud talking minimized. Nice room decor. Loved the art in hallways."

"I extended my stay due to business in SDQ. When I had to cancel early after paying for extended days earlier, the front desk rep gave quick refund and thanked me for my stay. Breakfast was limited due to one lady handling cooking, cleaning and other responsibilities. But it tables were cleaned, items restocked quickly. The location is off major street walking distance to bus station for easy connections to other cities."

"My room was near reception area and got noisy at times. But when mentioned to management, they offered room change and managed noise levels."

"Small boutique hotel. Hard to find,(no signage), but called a representative stood outside to guide us in. Check in straight forward easy. Price didn’t change. Front desk rep carried luggage to room and clearly explained amenities and services. The room had nice decorative chairs, pillows, blankets, especially at this price. The hallway artwork, fantastic. I had planned to move to other hotel. But price and front desk changed my plan."

"Not easy to find. Breakfast needed more help to serve,(ladies did their best🙂), I had room near front desk, and a times it was loud, But that’s part of DR, and they respected morning and evening times."

"It is a hotel located quite close to the Caribe Tours bus terminal, within a couple of blocks' walking distance. The property is modern, clean, and well-decorated. It has a pleasant atmosphere, including a terrace with a beautiful view of downtown Santo Domingo, where beverages are served in a fresh environment. The rooms are small, but comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The Internet is fast. The staff is friendly, making you feel at home. The price-to-value ratio is highly favourable."

"I loved the value of the stay. It's not often that you are able to get a nice affordable place to stay with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious as well as the area to enjoy it. I loved being able to look out over the city while enjoying my meal. You can also use this area @ night and enjoy a cocktail if you'd like. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed as well as the functionality of the room. The staff was also very helpful and polite. Thank you all very much!"

"I didn't like my bathroom set up in room 310. It's a little tight as well as had a slight odor. The shower also overflows a little due to poor drainage. It could use a few updates to make it a little more functional."

"The breakfast was great! They brought it freshly cooked. The location was nice too. I just didn't like that the bathroom had a sliding door instead of an actual door."

"The doors to the bathroom should fully close to avoid smells going into the room (if you know what I mean)."
