"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."

The food at the restaurant was, like a lot of food in New Caledonia, more expensive than it seems like it should be.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

The parking was limited, so I had to use a nearby public parking for 500 yen, which was not far from the accommodation.

It is never fun to need to put toilet paper in the waste basket, but that's necessary, right? I cannot remember, but I think there was no guide to TV channels, which is something my husband likes. Again, not very important.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but it is clean. WiFi didn't work well.

"Everything about the hotel was excellent, the receptionist was polite and helpful, the bar manager and bartender were excellent, had an excellent night's sleep, breakfast was great and the gentleman showed us where everything was he was very helpful and polite"

The room and food are overpriced for the quality. Inconvenient location. They don’t seem to use or check Booking so it was pointless to make a reservation in advance. Maybe during the high season that will be more useful.
