Luxury tents in the Dominican Republic

"Quiet but a bit remote. Very private. Beautiful property."

Cabin was quite small.

"A very cozy place for those who want to enjoy nature and tranquility. Convenient to reach by car from Ljubljana. Kamnik is a 10-minute drive away, where you can go shopping or visit a café. In the evening, you can enjoy sitting around the campfire. There is a large meadow where children and adults can play. There is a convenient shared area with facilities and a kitchen."

We experienced difficulties getting the keys due to a small mistake by the staff, but it was resolved fairly quickly. In summer, it gets quite hot at night in the houses.

"The location is a bit out of the city center, which you can expect for accommodation in yurts. It is a pleasant, peaceful, quiet location. The tent was really clean and nice. The lady who welcomed me was very kind, the breakfast was very tasty and the property itself is beautiful. During my stay, they were still doing some work, I believe, so it will be even nicer over time. But it was already top of the top!"

When I marked the location of the accommodation on Yandex, the driver had some problems finding the accommodation. The same thing happened to me when I left. The drivers and employees were so friendly that I just handed them the phone and they arranged everything themselves.

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

Staff!! Before I leave, during the check out I was accusing I took a charger cable. I let her know I didn’t take it but she was affirming she left the cord by the speaker, then she called something to confirm that it was not there. But I left the place very upset! Next time do double check of the object are in the apartment! Beside this, the experience was great !

The dirt behind the hut. There were empty bottles and other dirt that they could have been cleaned.

"WOW! What an experience our stay here was. Right from the main gate, seeing animals as you drive in, right through the checking out, everything was beautiful. The staff made everything perfect with their hospitality, and attending to each and every single need we had. Would love to stay there longer next time, and really take it all in."

"My stay at Para un poquito was wonderful, the hosts Flor and Joel are very welcoming, nice and helpful in any situation, they know and love the place. The situation right on the beach is idyllic, you literally go out of your room and are on the beach. I'd definitely recommend this place."

"It’s not in the center BUT I got picked up with the motorbike and brought back to the center the next day. It’s directly to the caves so you can be the first in the cave the next morning after a night in the nature with a beautiful nightsky"

"The host are super nice and really helpful. They recommended some tours in the area and a restaurant in town. The property was affected by the floods a few months ago so it was muddy when we went. The cabin were super clean and the beds confortable. Overall, we quite enjoyed the experience. The property is on a monkey trail so we saw monkeys both days we were there. Be ready to be woken up at 5.30-6am by howling monkeys, but your can spend hours watching them."

Make sure to bring mosquito spay since they are quite a few after sunset. No wifi on property and network isn’t steady, you can go to a restaurant in town of you need it.
