"The apartment is bright and spacious, and fully fitted with all amenities we needed. It’s perfect for families or digital nomads that are staying for a month or two. There are lots of restaurants and parks in the area. The beds are incredibly comfortable and linens brand new. Also the apartment is very affordable and offers incredible value!"

"this property is centrally located in the north of Quito within walking distance to mall Jardín and many other attractions such as Carolina park as well as many restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was very nice and clean with a friendly host and all the amenities, good WiFi, clean bathrooms, nice comfortable beds with top of the line linens, kitchen was also nice with top of the line amenities and fully functional. 24/7 security and available parking as well. highly recommended."
