"The rooms didn’t have like air inside them and they are a bit small but not to much"
"It's a very social hostel. Staff are very helpful provide tour and activities information and book for you. The here breakfast is tasty with home made jam, juice, milk, banana and toast. The bar open till 11am. Laundry is cheapest I ever seen in hostel, $5 for 5 kg. 3 minutes walk to the thermal. 5 to 20 mins walk to main street for the restaurant."
"The hot water in shower room is just warm after 11am. But it's hot in the afternoon. Take early slower."
"I really liked the staff of the hostel. Sebastian was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome at the hostel. He made sure that we had not only a good stay at the Hostal, but in Banos by providing us with a large selection of activities we could do. Highly recommend."

"Sebastian took care of everyone, constantly checking in to ensure everyone was doing well. I even witnessed him teaching some young solo travelers the fundamentals of self-defense. One memorable day, I joined the staff to indulge in delicious Arepas. They also offered invaluable guidance, recommending numerous activities and beautiful spots to explore in Banos. In short, I didn't just find a place to stay; I found a family at this hostel."

"Great location and place to hang out. Super chill vibe and the rooms and lockers were nice. Beds shake a bit when someone climbs up and down from the top bunk and not super shaky when moving in bed which was good! Nice windows in the rooms for fresh air :) yoga shala was amazing with the best mountain views and the kitchen was super well equipped."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Check in was easy and they even ordered a taxi for me to go back to the airport at 12am. I felt safe as a female traveler and thought the whole process was streamlined. I even got back to the hostal at an odd hour of the evening and the owner made me some chicken wontons for a meal. More than I could have asked for especially as a last minute booking for my layover"

"Elena and her husband made our stay so comfortable. They were so helpful and assisted us in booking activities and ferry’s. Breakfast was lovely and everything was so clean and the warm shower was a delight - our first and only on the Islands! They even provided a late check out on our final day so we could enjoy a final activity before our departure. Isabela was our favorite island and this was our favorite stay during our travels."
Avis de Carly Hotel Sula Sula
"Perfect staff—helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant room with air conditioning, large windows overlooking a courtyard garden. Located in the city so some traffic noise, but terrace seating and great shower with hot water. We had delicious Ecuadorian food for breakfast in a nice setting with many plants. Our room was in the back building and had a comfortable bed. Also runs an ecolodge 15 minutes outside Puyo which we will try next time we visit Amazonia."
Avis de Bonnie Hostal Las Palmas
"Amazing breakfast, located close enough to town that it was within a short walking distance but far enough away to avoid traffic noises and noise from the nightlife. The staff were very helpful as I had an issue and they helped resolve it quickly with zero questions. I would highly recommend this place and we would have stayed longer, its garden and hammocks are quaint and make it feel very homey. I would have stayed longer in Baños just because of this hotel …"
