"the staff here has been extremely helpful! I broke my fibula just above the ankle and they have gone above and beyond for me - they changed rooms so I had less stairs to deal with, brought my bags to my new room, helped me get to the right medical facility, helped me get around, brought me my food delivery and are always asking if I need any help"

"Decent location - not too far from the centre. The volunteers are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are simple but comfy. The communal area is small but nice - with snacks and coffee to purchase. Decent value for money."
