"Good location in the hotel zone by the beach. Easy for taxis to pick up/drop off & the bus to town stopped right by the accommodation. Good value and clean too."
"Very basic facilities with dogs lying around the building."
"I needed a room for a short rest-and-clean, as my flight arrived early in a morning and I had a 14-hour stopover. I used a capsule for 4-hours of sleep, and it was clean and comfortable in a cool room. The staff was friendly. I could store my bag there and use the shower after the beach. The beach is close, although it was very open with very few trees for the shade. WiFi worked well."
"There was an issue with water pump and water was not guaranteed, although I managed. Lots of mosquitoes in the shower. Taxi is the only option for transport (20 Fiji dollars)."
"Great location in a chill safe pretty area right next to the beach with food and drink"
"No complaints"
"The room size was good and the bedding comfortable. Small bathroom and shower area. Location is near all the restaurants."
"The property has a mice infestation. When I notified them three were removed from my room. Two day’s later another mice appeared in my room but was not caught. I also saw several running on the balcony."
"Great location, friendly staff, super clean and tidy."
"I can't think of anything I did not like about the property"
"They always clean the room and toilet and shower!! And there’re so many good people staying there. I love it!!"
"Nothing."
"safety, price, soap provided, close to beach, help with bags."

"Excellent location near happening, touristy, beach area. Lots of taxis to go places. Staff available to help, sell bottled water, do laundry. Room is comfy temperature."
"Can be noisy at night as it's a party area. Not secure."
"One of the cheapest places to stay, and you get what you paid for, right? The staff were amazing, Kava almost every night, music, social interaction. Mary at the front desk did an amazing job arranging day trips for me!"
"The shower cold knob was broken so I had to rush my showers before the water got too hot! Loud dogs and music across the street, had to sleep with ear plugs."
"The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They booked me a taxi to the airport that was a very low price and invited me to have kava in the evenings with them. Most day trip activities that offer hotel pickup/drop off will come here so it's a very good location. Just a few steps away from the beach and many good restaurants"

"the amazing staff and the privacy the meals were lovely"
"Our time at Waya Island was truly one of the best experiences of our lives! The resort is gorgeous and the entire staff is top notch. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling, both swim out and a chartered boat trip. Incredible coral and sea life! The deciding factor in choosing this resort was the food reviews and they were spot on. Every meal simply blew us away. Imagine living right next to the best restaurant you’ve ever been! Delicious food beautifully prepared and impeccable service. It was heaven! We were genuinely sad to leave and are already planning a trip back."
"The owners are very hospitable, and are willing to help arrange tours. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean was great. The food at the restaurant was tasty and priced fairly for being right at the resort. We enjoyed the free use of the kayaks. Unfortunately the weather was too bad to snorkel, so I can't speak to the reef there."

"While the words "dive resort" should have given us a heads up, we didn't actually book here originally to dive, since it had been decades since we had done so. We had heard that the island was a gem to visit with waterfall hikes, special rare flower and we expected the snorkelling to be good. Everything was much better than expected and we got to dive as well which as a real treat. Location is so close to the reefs and the colours, and fish variety - spectacular. Oh and one more thing, I didn't realise that meals were included so that was another big bonus."

"The snorkelling out the back of the hotel was lovely. There was a large staff to customer ratio which meant there was always someone to help you. Lots of lovely plants at the hotel and the rooms were nice. Free water refills is always appreciated."
