"I have stayed at a few hotels across Fiji. The "🎼Hotel Capricornia🎵" has thus far been the best value by a long shot. The range, allowing for in-room cooking, really helps to save on eating out all the time. The room was clean, and staff was great - they were always seen cleaning somewhere on the property. Walking distance to anywhere downtown keep you from blowing cab fares to boot. Would easily stay here again."
"The pool was a bit murky, and there was construction noise during the day from a massive new build going up nearby, (which will mess with some of the view.)"
"Location was very central right in Suva town, view from our room was marvellous, staff very friendly and helpful including the supervisor lady, hotel was kept very clean and tidy swimming pool was well maintained and cleaned on daily basis"
"There was no dishwasher in the room , a little bit more cutlery needed Theres a construction happening next to the hotel which was going on till nearly 10pm nearly every night which was a disturbance when one wanted to relax on the balcony or sleep"
"Don't read old reviews. This place is remodeled and nice. It is central and friendly. Bed is comfy, rooms are spacious with well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the full-size refrigerator and the stove so that we could at least cook breakfast. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the bed so that we could sit out there and have coffee. There several grocery stores nearby. Note: it is at the top of the hill so if you have problems walking or are not in shape, you will want to drive to places. We did not have a problem with it and didn't mind the exercise. Also, there is no elevator, which did not bother us, but once again, if you can't do stairs, you don't wanna stay on 3rd Floor."

"The shower was very slippery when wet as it’s tiled with the same material (vinyl) as the floor as oppose to actual bathroom vinyl/tiles. The elderly lady at reception was real cold and not friendly at all. But the other ladies were so lovely!!"
