"The location is perfect for exploring the Vagar island, and there is so much to see there. I disagree with people suggesting Torshavn for the whole trip stay. I highly recommend staying in Vagar for part of the trip. From this house you can walk to the ferry to Mykines and to the start of the Drangarnir hike! Welcome waffles were a very nice tough."

"It takes some effort to close and open all the blinds. I recommend to bring a sleep mask during the summer."

"I had a very nice stay in the stonehouse and enjoyed the time without a TV...thank you for that experience! The owner of the house are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me to explore the wonderful surroundings between writing on my studies. Supermarket ist around "the corner", just about a 5min walk and there is always space for parking the car."

"It was a bit cold inside, due to the temperatures outside, so there are some blankets and socks provided."

"This cute little cottage is next to one of many water streams of the Faeroe Islands and one road separates it from Sorvagur marina. This cottage is good size for 2 people, even if it can accommodate 3 adults or a fam with small children. I enjoyed my quiet time there. This place is walking distance to food store and the café. It has a good WiFi to keep you connected and the owners are very nice people."

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."
