"Beautiful and well presented B&B, great location, the hanging baskets were truly wonderful and the property stood out against the rest. A really warm welcome, so friendly and the attention to detail was second to none. The room was perfect and clean. The breakfast was delicious, both myself and my son had a wonderful time, I would highly recommend and will certainly return"

"Lovely stay in a very clean guest house, the owner was really welcoming and very helpful. Considering the close proximity to the centre/ clock tower, it was very quiet throughout the night."

"The Balmoral is a delightful place to stay .The host is lovely and the place is top marks for cleanliness and modern rooms. We had a front bedroom and it is the best room ever to sit watch the world go by.The breakfast is lovely with plenty to eat and countless teas and coffee. There were plenty of tea, coffee and milk in your rooms as well as a hair dryer and ironing board. The beach and town are only a couple of minutes away yet it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend it and will be back."

"Nothing it was great"
"If you want a central hotel with a banging breakfast this is the place. The host was welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable for best places to visit and eat. The hotel was well styled and very clean. The room had everything we needed me and my friend shared a room felt there was enough space and had tea and coffee in room even though we didn't use it. We got clean towels and beds made the next morning very good value for money. We will be back thanks for a great weekend"

"The hosts were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pillows.and duvet were so soft and comfy. The food was excellent and so was tea making facilities in the room. The hotel was a stones throw away from the high Street which had plenty of interesting shops of many varieties"

"Lovely romantic old style pub. Loads of open fires in the pub/restaurant. Very comfortable bed, nice shower room. Check in was bit manic, due to volume of dinners at sunday dinnertime. Not surprised though, the we had later was excellent"

"The hosts Pat and Stuart were very welcoming and gave us very useful informations. House is clean, lovely decorated and has a lot of charm. Our twin room was on the top floor and was perfect for us. The breakfast wonderful and had a lot of choice, freshly made by Pat. Location is perfect, close to everything in Llandudno and to the station. We came by train so no need for parking."
