Breakfast choices and hospitality was great and were promptly supplied.They were located in easy distance of alcestor, Stratford and Warwick. We had a nice stay and would recommend accomodation as a great holiday base."

"Brookleys is in a great location for theatre in Stratford. The owners were very helpful and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was lovely to have a sitting room as well as a bedroom. There was plenty of tea/coffee available as well as fresh milk in the fridge. We were able to choose from a wide range of breakfast options that were delivered to our room. There is also secure parking on site. Amazing value for money."
