"We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean. Our room was a good size, with a big bed. The full English breakfast was really tasty and value for money!"
"We did find the pillows not to our liking. 2 was too high and 1 was too low. So we just couldn't get comfortable. Both of us had the same issue. Shame as the bed was comfy! We used the restaurant, food was nice but not value for money!"
"We shared a family room which was very large with a lovely modern bathroom. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent, especially the pancake maker which was a good hit with the kids. The aquarium on the lobby / hallway was a great touch to entertain children too. Would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"the place looked so nice when we arrived, i would have ;liked a bit better access with the 2non-stairs2 part as when we we walked with our cases (and child in arms) the ramp kind of finishes and then its curb and grass area - so was a little difficult to maneuver. The entrance was lovely and open and the staff friendly and welcoming. the room was so nice ands big and I will ask for that room again when we stay. we used the pool and the girls forgot their goggles, so the lovely girl behind the counter let us borrow some! she was so nice."
"the only issue was the bed... the pull out bed was quite creaky and i was scared to turn in case i woke anyone. - the breakfast was nice, i would have liked to have seen more vegetarian options as we are veggie. I would have liked to have seen the pool side to have more chairs or seating areas and the jacuzzi was just switching off every 3 minutes."
