"I loved my stay here. It’s on the cliffs outside town (thankfully!) and I had a fantastic sea view. There’s a bar and lovely lounge area and the breakfast room all have sea views and breakfast is made to order filling and comprehensive. The coastal path is just across the road and a wonderful tea house a 20min walk away with the best cream tea I’ve ever had (Gwennas). I’d come back here for sure."
"Only problem is my room had no cooking facilities but they also don’t provide any food after breakfast and there isn’t anywhere to eat nearby! So dinner was quite problematic if u don’t have a car - which I didn’t. Would have been great to have a microwave at least."

"nice b&b in a village close to York next to a bus stop which links York with the moors countryside and coastal towns. convenient to visit both York and Whitby/Scarborough especially if you have a car. feels like a home than a hotel."
