"Liked the bathroom. beds, big carpark, helpfulness of staff, good varied breakfast, overall cleanliness ."
"There were a few steps up to reception, but they did rush to offer to carry my wheeled bags in, without being asked and there's a bell to press for disabled access. It's a mile or 2 from seafront, but quiet and ok if you have a car"
"The staff were accommodating and brilliant. The bed was very comfortable"
"Aucun."
"Lovely customer service, they have a nice bar / lounge area. They also have a nice snooker room with darts."
"The radiator did not work, otherwise it was good"
"I stayed in what l think was maybe an old coach house so it was quieter and less busy than the main hotel. I really enjoyed the space and had a lovely bathroom. The decor of the room was just to my taste."
"It's a small thing but it's a bit tired in places like the drawer in my bedside cabinet the handle kept falling off and some of the wallpaper had been chipped off."
"The room was spacious, lovely bathroom. Could not fault iy"
"The decor could do with updating and we had a draft in our window blowing through. Otherwise it was all good."
"Very friendly and helpful staff as always. Evening meal good. Location and parking good. Back of hotel was quiet."
"One room seemed freshly decorated, my sister's was musty and in need of updating. Place is lovely but could do with a lick of paint. Going through the squash court area is inevitably a bit whiffy - but we knew that as we have stayed several times before, and would again. The fire alarm was being tested over breakfast - although the alarms in the breakfast room were disabled the high pitch alert from the reception area was intrusive - and presumably testing could have waited until after breakfast service."

"Beautiful hotel situated in a gorgeous old building. Our room was lovely, breakfast was delicious. The room was large, high ceilinged, with lovely views. Two comfy armchairs, perfect for reading. We were discounted for the hot water situation (which was no one's fault, these things sometimes happen in old buildings). If we are ever in this area again, would definitely return."
