"Some distance from the sea and the sat nav got confused with the street address. Needed the post code We misunderstood ‘B&B’ because breakfast had to be bought separately. Some confusion over only one person sleeping in a double room- seems there were optional prices for single occupancy which booking.com had not offered us."

"Lovely room, well proportioned and very clean, the fridge in the room was a great bonus, good sized en-suite shower room again very clean and bright. Pet friendly, our dog was welcomed with open arms. Plenty of free on site parking. Great breakfast with nothing too much to ask. Wonderful hosts Vanessa and Cameron were always on hand to offer assistance if required."

"Vanessa & Cameron are a super personable couple, we had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and our room (no 2 ground floor) was great, very clean and comfortable with outside space and a table and chairs on the patio. Nothing was too much trouble for them and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend."
