"see above !! :)"
"They have a broad menu of well cooked food. Staff were kind and very hepful. The Inn is very well placed overlooking the Ribble with lovely countryside."
"The breakfast menu lacked fruit compote and diced fruit. There was a fruit bowl of unprepared fruit. The bathroom had nowhere that you could place your toilet bags. The room only had one seat, my partner had to use the bed to read. The Inn is on the corner of a very busy road and traffic noise is prevalent more than you would expect in such a remote location."
"A great find in a great location providing great service - highly recommend"

"Excellent breakfast, evening meals were also very good. Room was a good size, away from the road and very quiet, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Hotel is 10-15 minute drive from Skipton, which is a very picturesque town, full of little craft shops and a very pleasant place to visit."
Avis de Denise The Craven Heifer Inn
"Owners extremely friendly and helpful. We had to book last minute due to ferry cancellation. They made an extra effort to have our room ready early making it easy to transfer from our prior lodging. Room was clean, comfortable and had a nice water view. Short walk into town. Unfortunately we were not able to have the hot breakfast because we had to leave too early. It looked very good though, including both black pudding and haggis. They did have cereal and fruit available for us early in the morning."
