"Everything, the room was excellent and the breakfast was first class"

"It was a little noisy until closing time with the pub area being close to the rooms but this is unavoidable and did not detract at all from the overall experience."

"Food was exceptional none of our party could finish the home made pie. Breakfast was also good. Location was right in the centre of Lincoln and an easy walk into the centre of the city. We were given parking permits to allow us to park right outside the hotel."

"Location was excellent, right by the Cathedral, overlooking the Castle, loads of car parking nearby. Staff were lovely, polite, chirpy. Breakfast was superb and the breakfast room well presented with a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit and more traditional options. There was a nice bar and outdoor seated garden area, food was lovely (we had lunch). Toilets were spotless 👍. My room was fine, a little bit tired looking in places and the bed was a bit lumpy BUT I’m finding fault now in the interests of balance, it was very clean and that’s what matters (to me). Would I stay there again? Absolutely. Totally recommend it."

"When I went to bed the bar was packed, really noisy with chatter (not music), however, it was ‘happy’ noise if that makes sense and I soon forgot about it. Your brain switches off from it."

"Small Size, on-site restaurant, very popular bar, courtyard for sitting out. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was large. Food was excellent. Staff were amazing. Great location - close to cathedral and castle but far enough away from the party bars"

"Being used to A/C not having it during a UK heatwave was a bit tough and the window in my room (#2) only opened a small distance. I think it’s because it’s above the conservatory roof Windows in my kids rooms opened fully. In-room tabletop fan was quite effective though. Stairs at front and interior were a bit of a challenge as I have upcoming hip surgery and didn’t think to check that out when I booked months before. I did manage and staff took my bags to the room. Not a good choice for those with more serious physical disability conditions."

"Excellent location especially as we were attending a concert at Lincoln Castle. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast superb."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The Tower Hotel was ideally located for exploring much of Lincoln. It is within a few minutes walk of Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle, Steep Hill and the Museum of Lincolnshire Life. It is also very near a number of pubs and restaurants. There are a number of choices for breakfast including cereals, pastries and cooked options."

"Lack of bedside lamp that could be turned off without having to go across the room. There is perhaps a need for more power sockets. The television was a little tricky to work/understand."
