"Expectional! Family-owned hotel. Super nice & helpful. Budget-friendly. Good location. A few steps to the center. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby center."

"Since it is family-owned hotel, they don't have a 24-hours security in the lobby. Door is always closed and you have to ring the bell before you can enter the hotel. But it is understandble for our safety."

"Close to the center, good contact with the host, who has offered help with taxi to the airport, and was quite a sympathetic person. Quite good kitchen, thus there were no small pots to make a coffee or a coffee machine."

"The room i booked on booking.com appeared to be 20 lari more expensive onsite, than it was admitted and confirmed on booking, so we were offered a cheaper one without balcony, smaller and with two small beds instead of one queen bed. It was cold in the room, all the hydraulics in the bathroom were leaking, the splush in the toilet stopped working, but it was easy to fix (if you know how it works)... and some engineering masterpiece of combining s shower"

"Location is perfect, buiding is very close to center, but in a really quiet area. Easy to find, really great spot. Reasonable price. Quiet A/C. Good for a night stay. Also did not try the breakfast, so can't judge food."

"Strong smell of mold in the hall, not in the room, but we even placed towel under the door not to enter it our room. The shower is not separated, you shower where the washbowl is, so the flow is always wet, your feet get when when you go to toilet, brush your teeth etc. Super annoying and feels dirty. If you do not get room with view, it's just wall 2 meters away. Maybe with different rooms, things are different, we had a Quadruple comfort room, I doubt the comfort."
