"I stayed here twice already, and both times were amazing. The location is perfect—right in the center of Old Tbilisi, close to Freedom Square, transport, shops, and cafés. The rooms are big, spotless, and feel more like home than a hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise, served on the 5th floor with a beautiful view over Tbilisi—it made the mornings special. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance."
"Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. If I had to mention something, maybe just that my stay wasn’t long enough, I always wished I could stay more days. Truly, everything met or exceeded my expectations. The experience was so personal and warm that it’s hard to think of anything missing."

"I loved everything about my stay — the room was small and simple but clean and had everything I needed and was comfortable, the home-cooked breakfasts on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful city view, and the warm hospitality of the family who made me feel truly at home. The location was perfect, close to the center, shops, and restaurants. Even without an elevator, it was a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, and they were always ready to help with anything I needed"

Near the center of the city which is the best location for solo travellers such in my case I like the family and how they are helpful Specially Mr Benedict Also in the top there is a nice balcony with a view on the city from above shows the most of it And loved that pancakes they make on breakfast In General I recommend it if you want to have nice vacation with locals that they help you enjoy the time there."

"Everyone in the house treated me very well. However, I forgot the name of the humble tall handsome young man who showed me around the property. The lady who prepared the daily sumptuous breakfast was incredibly kind. The breakfast hall is in the top floor overlooking the city's amazing view.. Major city attractions is walkable from the property location.."
"On the other hand, the older gentleman often invaded my privacy and came across as vocally arrogant. I believe he could benefit from some orientation on how to engage with guests professionally and improve his customer service skills."
