"Very welcoming, helpful owner. Provided me with lots of infos, tips and recommendations, offered to call a taxi for me to sapara monastery. I got a decent price thanks to him! I felt very safe and welcomed (which is rare for a solo female traveler.) would definitely visit again! Also a good location close to the castle. the bus stop & supermarket right in front."

"The room was very spacious and clean, and the attached bathroom was very clean as well. What caught my attention the most was the view of the castle that I had from the window. There was a small flask and some cups in the room that could be used to make hot drinks! This is something you probably won't find in most guesthouses. The location was great as it is only 5-10 minutes walk to the bus station, supermarket, various stores and restaurants. The owner was also very helpful and will be able to recommend you to places, and he has assisted me on my transportation arrangements. Highly recommend to stay here!"

"Accomodation is very close to bus stop and near the castle . Store is just a few steps away. I would say ideal location. Room is good size , comfortable . Big plus it really has private bathroom. In many cases in Georgia there are advertising private bathroom , but they mean bathroom in hallway for everybody. Here you have your own bathroom in the room. Owner is very friendly and helpful . We would definitely stay here again"

"I really enjoyed this authentic guesthouse, on a quiet street leading up to the castle. The host Nokolai makes you feel welcome right away. I had my own twin bed room, with private shower/bathroom, soft towels and dependable hot water, and heating for chilly nights. Grab the generous meal offer, 15 lari dinner and 10 lari breakfast, good, generous home,-cooked meals. It's worth staying a second night to visit Vardzia, just a 5-min walk to the bus station."

"It was 5 minutes walk from the bus station & also the castle. Nicholas is so lovely he was really helpful telling us bus times for Vardzia & back, he also made a great breakfast for our 2 night stay, nothing was too much trouble for him, he's a lovely man. Our room was lovely & very clean & comfortable."

"Amazing experience, very authentic house, and beautiful garden. The hosts were very welcoming and shared a bit of the megrelian culture. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier because of the flight. Otherwise, we would be very glad to stay longer. Will definitely come back!"
"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."

"A wonderful view from the window in the bathroom surprised me. You can view the mountains through it. The supper offered by the Jimsher Lady is wonderful. I highly recommend new guests to buy it. Hers is the best during my 4 days trip in Mestia. You can get hot water from the kitchen at the first floor. Meanwhile you will notice the Host lady is busy getting the big supper ready for her guests. It’s an unforgettable view. Your service made me feel wonderful and warmhearted. Thank you so much."
