"All was fine. It’s up a step hill but bus 434 goes nearby, from alvabari metro station. So no real problem, bolt works just fine as welll."

"The owner is super welcoming and so helpful! He gave us home brew Georgian wine which was very nice. The room was very clean and all the facilities we needed. Has a kitchen that is well equipped which was a great option to cook for ourselves. Great location too as it's only a 15 minute walk to town. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Идеальная чистота. Удобства, всё что нужно для отдыха. Свежий ремонт, уютный красивый дворик. Есть возможность посидеть во дворе в теплое время года. В комнате тепло , просторно. Тихо, нет посторонних звуков. Для тех кто на машине удобная тихая широкая улица для парковки, что думаю для Тбилиси большой плюс. Пешком идти до центра 15-20 минут, для тех кто не любит много ходить есть маршрутки 1 лари или Яндекс такси 3-4 лари. И самое главное гостеприимные, позитивные хозяева Сергей и Кристина. Всегда помогут если у вас возникнут какие-либо вопросы!"

"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."

There is everything that you might need, including towels, bed sheets and cutlery. The owner and the neighbor were super helpful and accommodated our every need. "We had a lovely stay at the Villa in the countryside. The property was pretty and the rooms in the house were comfortable. Very much a guesthouse experience. The woman & family running it were kind & accommodating, and made us excellent food! In fact we forgot to give our room key back and didn’t realize till we were too far to turn back but she was gracious about it. There was a gray cat there who wanted to play with us (and steal our dinner haha!), which was also fun. There are fruit trees on the property they invite you to pick & eat if you’d like."
