"Pros in facts. 1. cleaning well. It is basic thing but very important. 2. Air. Fresh air and no pollution. 3. Okey price compare to facility. 4. Speak Eng, Rus, Georgian. 5. Kitchen&washing machine(but congested... so...) 6. warm enough."

I think, Small room but too many bed. 🤔 I think it is smaller room than Jail(in the us movie) but more beds than jail(Prison break sofa opera) - Money is important but person need basic space. 4. half basement."
"A washing machine and laundry detergent are provided free of charge. The landlady is very friendly and welcoming; I often saw her cleaning, and the clean and tidy environment made me feel very comfortable. I stayed here for over ten days. It's very close to the subway and bus stations, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making cooking very convenient."
"It would be great if there were a sign or something to prohibit eating in the bedroom. Some people like to bring their food to the bedroom to eat, and when it's cold, the windows are usually closed, so the leftover food smells really bad."

"Amazing experience, very authentic house, and beautiful garden. The hosts were very welcoming and shared a bit of the megrelian culture. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier because of the flight. Otherwise, we would be very glad to stay longer. Will definitely come back!"
"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."
