"One of the best hostels I ever stayed at. Since the building is so large, I got a private room when I booked a shared dorm. The location is near to the major sights in Borjomi. The staff is super friendly and generous. The building itself is very historic and interesting to wander around."

"I was warmly welcomed by the lady, she nicely showed me my room and helped me with the luggage. The location is good, near to the Central Park and the local market. It's quite big property, my room view has river in the front, I enjoyed my stay."

"Excellent location - close to Borjomi park, train station, taxis, easy to reach attractions. Shops are around. Very nice and sweet staff members. It was a very peaceful place. Soviet-era building and furniture add extra flavor to the place. Feels like time travel. If you are looking for an affordable stay it's a perfect place."

"Loved this place. Perfect location, right on the river and middle of the tourist district. Room was basic but comfortable, has a nice desk for working. Good wifi but coverage depends on the room. Wonderful balcony overlooking the river, great for working or just relaxing. The staff is a group of kindly women, though they speak no English at all. I ended up extending 4 nights I loved the place so much. Even in July, room never felt hot."

"Filthiest men's toilets I've ever seen. Not sure they've had a thorough cleaning since Stalin was around. There's one sit-down toilet in the second building."

"The place might seem to be a lil bit intimidating. It's pretty obscure, especially if you see the toilets. The staff speaks Russian and Georgian only so it can be kinda awkward. Anyway - for the price and location that you're getting there is nothing wrong with this place."

"It's very old wooden building, close to the central park. Please don't expect luxury facilities, but it's very good for this price. It's not my first stay here and I hope not the last."

"Staff and residents were friendly. Able to use the fridge and kitchen for simple cooking. Basic and clean room. Hot shower and ok wifi. Shared toilets by the kitchen was smelly, so I walked all the way to the other end of the building (near room 1) to use a much better western toilet. Stayed 3 nights and had good sleep. I needed to catch a train to Tbilisi at 5:50am and the lady staff got up to open the hostel door for me, much appreciated!"
